Customer Service: Greet customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Answer customer questions related to product features, pricing, availability, and usage. Offer assistance with fitting rooms, returns, and exchanges when applicable. Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively, escalating to a supervisor or manager when needed. 2. Sales and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, services, promotions, and warranties to help customers make informed decisions. Up-sell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and sales targets. Maintain awareness of current sales trends, new arrivals, and seasonal offers. Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals as set by the store or company. 3. Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately handle all cash, card, and digital payment transactions at the point of sale. Process sales, exchanges, and returns efficiently and according to company policies. Issue receipts, refunds, and gift vouchers when applicable. Balance cash registers and report discrepancies to the supervisor. 4. Merchandising and Store Presentation: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Replenish shelves and racks with new or restocked items. Assist with setting up promotional displays, signage, and pricing updates. Follow visual merchandising guidelines to maintain consistency with brand image. 5. Inventory Management Support: Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming stock. Monitor inventory levels and inform the team of low-stock or out-of-stock items. Assist in regular stock counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Tag and label products accurately with price and product information. 6. Teamwork and Store Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure daily operational goals are met. Participate in morning briefings, training sessions, and team meetings. Adhere to shift schedules and communicate availability or changes in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the store. Required Skills and Competencies: Customer-Centric Approach: Friendly, helpful, and committed to providing excellent service. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to interact with customers and teammates. Sales Ability: Confident in selling, handling objections, and closing sales. Attention to Detail: Accurate in processing transactions and maintaining displays. Team Player: Cooperative and willing to assist coworkers when needed.
