Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while ensuring that the sales register is balanced at the end of each shift. 3. Store Presentation & Inventory: Product Displays: Maintain organized and attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience and promote sales. Stock Replenishment: Ensure that shelves are stocked with merchandise, ensuring that popular items are always available. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting low-stock items. Store Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tidying up the sales floor, fitting rooms, and store back areas. 4. Team Collaboration: Teamwork: Work closely with fellow associates, supervisors, and managers to meet store goals and deliver excellent service. Knowledge Sharing: Share product knowledge and sales techniques with team members to improve overall performance. Training: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies. 5. Administrative Tasks: Sales Reporting: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting, as needed. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback through surveys or direct conversations and report it to management to improve store operations.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Skills: Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage customers and close sales while building long-term relationships. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to address customer needs and provide solutions. Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of the products you are selling, or the ability to quickly learn about new products.
