Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Modeler, located in Nagpur. The Structural Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D models, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring that models adhere to project standards. Daily tasks will include creating BIM models, performing quality checks, coordinating with other disciplines, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the modeling process. Qualifications - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software such as REVIT - Experience in interpreting and developing technical drawings and specifications - Strong knowledge of structural modeling techniques and standards - Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and other disciplines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
