Job Title Project Manager - Construction Company Della Townships Pvt Ltd Location Mumbai Frequent Travelling to site Required Working Days 6 Days a Week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction to oversee the planning execution and completion of township development projects for Della Townships in Pune The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil construction project coordination and site management for large-scale residential or township projects Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of construction projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and vendors for smooth project progress Prepare and review project schedules budgets and cost estimates Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress quality and safety compliance Manage procurement resource allocation and subcontractor performance Ensure all statutory and regulatory approvals are obtained on time Prepare and present MIS and progress reports to senior management Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective action plans Ensure adherence to design specifications and company standards Foster a collaborative work environment between design execution and finance teams Job Expectations Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of construction methodologies materials and project management tools Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously Proficient in MS Project Primavera and MS Office Should be willing to work from the project site in Pune Minimum Qualification Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum Job Experience Experience Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate or township construction projects Reporting to CMD Travel Frequent Travelling required to sites
