Job Description

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities for driving traffic.
- Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web development and content creation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the tech team to resolve issues related to site performance, crawlability, and indexing.
- Oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including metadata, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Lead the SEO team, provide mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Manage SEO budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SEO, with proven success in managing large-scale SEO campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and on-page/off-page strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
