Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Understand demand patterns and collaborate with hub, region, and state teams to generate accurate demand forecasts. - Design and implement sales strategies to increase the number of curated venue and vendor partners across MMW and Venue Management functions. - Develop and execute conversion strategies to maximize monetization through vendor and venue relationships. - Create and implement pricing strategies to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). - Establish effective service delivery processes to improve conversions and increase revenue. - Drive continuous improvement in customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and vendor/venue relationships. - Develop proposals for new business opportunities, innovative plans, service enhancements, technology upgrades, and strategic long-term tie-ups with vendors/venues. - Ensure optimal team performance by motivating, engaging, and retaining critical and high-performing team members. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Extensive experience in revenue-oriented sales and operations roles. - Proven track record in leading large field sales teams. - Strong expertise in B2B sales and relationship management. - Experience in creating, developing, and executing comprehensive sales strategies. - Sound knowledge of partner acquisition, development, and relationship management. - Strategic thinking and ability to channel various business streams. - Bachelor's degree and full-time MBA from reputed B-Schools. - 1015 years of experience managing large sales forces, preferably in E-Commerce, Consumer Internet, real estate, or hospitality domains.
