Company Description In India Bosch is a leading supplier of technology and services in the areas of Mobility Solutions Industrial Technology Consumer Goods and Energy and Building Technology Additionally Bosch has in India the largest development center outside Germany for end to end engineering and technology solutions The Bosch Group operates in India through twelve companies with a combined strength of over 31 500 associates which includes around 15 650 research and development associates Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt Ltd RBAI is a 100 subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH Established in 2009 in Naganathapura - Bengaluru RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising - Engine Control Units ECU for both 4W and 2W Body Control Modules BCM ECUs for ABS DC-DC Converters iTraMS Intelligent communication control unit to name a few RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU Motor control Unit C-Box Communication Box VCUs Vehicle Control Unit Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products RBAI with its diverse portfolio not only caters to local markets but also exports products to all major global customers The Naganathapura Plant NhP1 is seen as a benchmark in Operational Excellence in AE and Bosch India using an integrated approach of Bosch Production System BPS and I4 0 With a young and agile team RBAI s mission statement Be RBAI Be Reliable Benchmark Agile Innovative is a testament to our commitment in providing best in class products and services for its customers Maintaining the uptime of the machine Responsible for Pick and Place Milling Thermo Fuse locking and conveyor systems Technical availability Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting and programming knowledge of ASM pick and place machines Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting and programming knowledge of Panasonic pick and place CM402 CM602 NPM machines Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting of Milling machines Carry out Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance Responsible for SMT line downtime Quality Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting Calibration and programming knowledge on Solder paste printing Reflow ovens Glue dispensing machine Should periodically review PM B D points and convert them to CBM Predictive mode Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring Should work for reducing the Maintenance Cost Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown implementation of Predictive maintenance Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg 8D Effectively escalate the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period Create QAM Machine FMEA and review Change potential points into CBM Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain the machine history record Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts Implementation and sustenance of TPM MTBF and MTTR Should work on Continuous improvement Responsible for individual target and department target Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities Should work in 3 shifts operation and reports to maintenance team leader shift engineer Should be able to handle entire SMT line independently Should maintain 5S safety at his workplace Should support Installation of new lines Should have good analytical skills converting ability to solve problems on machines lines Qualifications Diploma in Mechatronics Electronics Electrical 6 - 10 Years of experience in Electronics industry with technical Trouble shooting knowledge with complete electrical and mechanical Solder paste printing Reflow AOI machines Pick and place machines Process Knowledge in Complete SMT line and Knowledge on X-ray machines will be an added advantage Additional Information Behavioral Requirements Should be team player Should have learning attitude self learner ability to self-learn Should be self motivated Should take initiative to achieve the goal
