We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing department The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and expertise in creating visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns Roles and Responsibilities Manage team of graphic designers Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns including social media graphics email newsletters website banners and more Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand s messaging and goals Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and effective Work closely with other team members including copywriters and web developers to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all marketing materials Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
