Store Management Receive verify and record all incoming raw materials packaging materials finished goods and other supplies Maintain proper storage as per GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and Ayurvedic regulatory requirements Ensure FEFO FIFO First Expiry First Out First In First Out practices in material handling Keep accurate stock records manual software-based Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records Maintain hygiene and safety standards in store areas Procurement Identify and source raw materials packaging items and other supplies required for Ayurvedic product manufacturing Develop maintain vendor relationships with Ayurvedic herb suppliers packaging vendors and other suppliers Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials Coordinate with Quality Control QC Production teams for material approvals Maintain procurement documentation as per audit and compliance needs Compliance Documentation Maintain GRN Goods Receipt Note inward outward registers Ensure proper labeling batch number tracking and lot-wise record keeping Support internal external audits GMP FDA AYUSH inspections Maintain vendor documentation agreements and purchase records Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
