1 Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels receipts and issues Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data 2 Material Receiving and Issuing Receive incoming materials check quantity and quality and verify against purchase orders Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions 3 Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements inward and outward Update inventory systems and prepare stock reports daily weekly monthly 4 Storage and Organization Arrange and store materials in a systematic manner to ensure easy access and identification Ensure safe handling and proper labeling of items 5 Coordination with Departments Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock-related updates Inform management about low stock damaged goods or slow-moving items 6 Stock Control and Reordering Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to avoid shortages Minimize wastage and maintain optimum inventory levels 7 Safety and Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area Ensure materials are stored as per safety guidelines 8 Reporting and Compliance Prepare daily weekly and monthly inventory reports Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and auditing Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Store keeper 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
