We are looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed professional to join us as a Centre Manager for our offline experience centre. At Leverage Edu, our centres serve as a physical gateway for students to begin their study abroad journey with confidence, clarity, and convenience. As the Centre Manager, you will be the face of Leverage Edu in your city, ensuring every student walking through our doors receives a world-class experience. As the operational and strategic head of the centre, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence, building community trust, and delivering outcomes that truly change lives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to counselors and staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture. 2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations and ensure the centre remains efficient, well-resourced, and welcoming for students. 3. Student Counseling and Guidance: Deliver personalized counseling to help students achieve their academic and career goals through informed study abroad guidance. 4. Business Development: Implement local marketing and field strategies to enhance visibility and attract a diverse student base. 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions, ensuring responsive and high-quality service. 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, report outcomes to management, and drive data-based improvements. 7. Team Development and Training: Recruit, train, and continuously upskill staff to ensure service excellence and team growth. What You Bring: 1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field, with 4–7 years of experience in centre management, education, EdTech, or retail operations. 2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Highly adaptable, able to multitask, and driven by a strong sense of ownership and a student-first mindset. 3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace. Prior exposure to EdTech or overseas education and counseling setups is preferred. Knowledge of international admissions and visa procedures is an added advantage. What We Offer: 1.
