Scope of Role Regal Rexnord s IT team is seeking a skilled SAP Variant Configuration VC QA Modeler to join our enterprise applications team This role is ideal for a seasoned configuration expert with a strong grasp of ERP VC logic testing practices and cross-functional collaboration You will play a key role in shaping the accuracy scalability and maintainability of configurable product models within our global SAP and Salesforce environments This includes working hands-on with model logic leading quality assurance efforts and partnering with teams across Digital Solutions engineering IT and product management to align solutions with business needs Key Responsibilities Designing and maintaining SAP VC Models across various business units in Europe and North America Should have hands-on experience in the creation modification maintenance of following VC objects Characteristics Class 300 200 201 Variant Tables Object dependencies Preconditions Selection Conditions Procedures Dependency Nets Configuration Profiles with Interface design Material Master Super Bills of material Super Routings Variant Conditions for Pricing within the SAP system for the sale and production of products Perform functional and integration testing of VC with other SAP models Should be able to debug issues appearing in day-to-day VC functioning Lead QA efforts including test strategy development execution and issue resolution Support On-shore and Off-shore VC modelers in debugging issues UAT and Smoke testing Ensure models and blueprints comply with VC best practices performance expectations and business rules Conduct model reviews and provide feedback to ensure logic consistency and technical integrity Create and maintain documentation for configuration logic testing frameworks and modeling standards Analyze integration platforms such as Mulesoft input and output to debug issues Stay current with the latest testing trends in ERP s and Salesforce Test SAP VC integration with SD MM PP and other relevant SAP modules for order fulfillment Mentor junior modelers and QA analysts and support knowledge-sharing across the team Qualifications Technical Skills Required 5-7 years of SAP QA experience 2-3 years of VC experience Expertise in SAP VC object dependencies procedures constraints preconditions selection conditions classes characteristics Solid understanding of SAP S 4HANA or ECC environments Hands-on experience with testing strategies and validation for SAP VC Interest in Learning Logik ai Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience Preferred Not Required Experience with SAP IPC or AVC Experience with Logik ai and Salesforce CPQ tools and QA best practices Knowledge of SAP Product Configuration Lifecycle Management PCLM Exposure to DevOps tools or Agile project methodologies SAP certification in Variant Configuration or related modules About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30 000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power transmit and control motion The Company s electric motors and air moving subsystems provide the power to create motion A portfolio of highly engineered power transmission components and subsystems efficiently transmits motion to power industrial applications The Company s automation offering comprised of controls actuators drives and precision motors controls motion in applications ranging from factory automation to precision control in surgical tools The Company s end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds and include factory automation food beverage aerospace medical data center warehouse alternative energy residential and commercial buildings general industrial construction metals and mining and agriculture Regal Rexnord is comprised of three operating segments Industrial Powertrain Solutions Power Efficiency Solutions and Automation Motion Control Regal Rexnord has offices and manufacturing sales and service facilities worldwide For more information including a copy of our Sustainability Report visit RegalRexnord com
