Position Summary

The ERP Team Lead will be experienced and technically proficient to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.
- Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware.
- Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
- Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system.
- Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development.
- Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
- Oversee management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Knowledge

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
- Overall 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

- Experience with system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Experience with multi-legislation environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture.
- Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro a plus.
