Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client Founded in Mountain View California the Client is currently headquartered in Sunnyvale California with 33 global offices The Client provides a business and employment-focused social media platform that works through websites and mobile apps The platform is primarily used for professional networking and career development About the Job We re looking for a dynamic Onboarding Learning Specialist to join our team and help drive our mission forward As an Onboarding Learning Specialist at LinkedIn you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to our employees ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles You ll foster a positive work environment and support the professional growth of our employees in a fast-paced and in-office environment You will work closely with our internal teams to align learning programs with LinkedIn s goals and values The candidate should be a collaborative team player who is passionate about supporting employees in their integration and success within LinkedIn Essential Job Function Deliver high quality onboarding session and experience for LinkedIn new hires in person Conduct high-quality learning programs for LinkedIn employees across various departments both virtual and in-person You will customize and adapt the content and delivery to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences and contexts and the diverse needs of our global workforce You will facilitate a variety of topics such as onboarding communication and collaboration using LinkedIn s proprietary content and methodologies Own execution for assigned tasks projects and end-to-end delivery of long-term learning programs and onboarding experiences for LinkedIn employees ensuring high quality consistency and timely delivery across cohorts Own project management of recurring learning programs from planning and scheduling to execution and post-program analysis including stakeholder coordination and resource planning Analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the delivery methods Key Skills for Success in This Role Facilitation and Delivery You will deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences to our employees both virtual and in-person Content expertise Ability to ramp-up quickly and deliver Talent Development program content effectively Program Project Management Proven ability to manage complex long-term learning initiatives -
