Job Title Sales Manager - Business Loans Secured and Unsecured Other Loan Products Company Prodigee Finance Limited Location Bhopal Job Type Full-Time About Us We are an NBFC headquartered in Bhopal with major focus on Business Loans LAP Co-Lending and Education Loans we are currently in an expansion phase and determined to open branches across Madhya Pradesh Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Non-Banking Financial Company NBFC team The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through Business Loans Secured and Unsecured Other Loan Products The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of financial products and a proven track record in achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Develop and implement strategies to drive loan sales and increase market share Identify and acquire new customers for various loan products personal business MSME vehicle etc Build and manage relationships with key partners brokers and financial institutions Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities Team Management Leadership Recruit train and mentor a high-performing sales team Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goal achievement Motivate and drive the team to improve productivity and sales efficiency Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Work closely with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing Compliance Reporting Ensure sales activities comply with RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and performance reports Provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends and market insights Qualifications Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field MBA preferred Experience 2-3 years of experience in sales preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
