We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Employee Relations Lead to join our team in India. Working as part of a global team, this role will serve as a key partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring HR strategies and operations align with local labour laws and companiess global HR policies.
You will play a critical role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in India on local employment concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
- Partner with global HR teams to implement and localize HR programs and initiatives. Providing guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
- Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Support internal audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Experience, Skills And Capabilities
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global HR team or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Prior Experience in constituting statutory internal committees in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
- Team player able to work cross function and support stakeholders
