About YardHR

YardHR is an AI-enabled Human Resource Management System designed to transform the way organizations manage their workforce. Built with flexibility and customization at its core, YardHR supports industry-specific, end-to-end HR processes from hire-to-retire — including compliance, payroll, benefits, banking, PF, ESI, KPI tracking, and third-party tool integrations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of YardHR. This role demands ownership of the entire product lifecycle, leadership of both the UI/UX team and the development team, and the ability to deliver a customized HRMS platform tailored to different industries.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Leadership

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for YardHR.
- Drive the design and development of a modular and customizable HRMS adaptable to various industries.
- Ensure AI-powered features are implemented to enhance recruitment, payroll, analytics, and workforce planning.

2. Team & Project Management

- Lead and mentor UI/UX designers and software developers for high-quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.

3. Custom HR Process Implementation

- Design hire-to-retire workflows, compliance verification, payroll integration (banking, PF, ESI), and employee lifecycle automation.
- Integrate with KPI tracking, performance management tools, and other third-party applications.

4. AI & Automation

- Implement AI-driven recruitment, sentiment analysis, predictive attrition modeling, and payroll automation.
- Stay ahead of AI and HR tech trends, embedding them into the product's roadmap.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with leadership, clients, and industry experts to define features and ensure product-market fit.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities.

6. Compliance & Security

- Ensure YardHR complies with labor laws, payroll regulations, data security standards, and industry-specific requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5–7+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS/HRMS or HR Tech, with a proven record of end-to-end product delivery.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architecture, API integrations, and HRMS core modules.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws), and AI-driven automation.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.
