About the Role : We are looking for a strategic and technically fluent AI Product Manager to lead our dedicated AI team, driving platform level readiness and delivering high impact AI use cases. You will do this in close collaboration with internal product teams and our clients - who include some of the world's leading banks and asset finance institutions. You'll play a central role in shaping our AI strategy and foundational AI initiatives, driving our initial implementations and helping establish processes and best practices for scalable AI development.

Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with the Chief Product Officer and other product leaders to help shape the vision and roadmap for our AI platform.
  • Collaborate with the technology team consisting of AI and data engineers and to deliver infrastructure and capabilities on our Open Finance Platform.
  • Collaborate with all product leaders to deliver AI-driven solutions for domain specific challenges like document intelligence, knowledge assistants and workflow optimisation.
  • Serve as a trusted AI advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients helping educate, align, and drive adoption.
  • Build frameworks, tools, and onboarding materials to enable product teams to independently develop and deploy future AI capabilities.
  • Keep up with AI advancements and continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that can bring strategic value to our platform and client offerings.
  • Support GTM initiatives and strategic sales pursuits with RFPs, questionnaires.
  • Work closely with the Development team leadership and architecture in defining key technology aspects of the roadmap.
  • Engage extensively with external and internal customers to make strong and quantifiable recommendations on roadmap prioritization.
  • Drive formation and approval of investment cases that bring forth new capabilities that align with overall product vision and bring measurable benefits to our customers.
  • Manage scope, cost, and time of new solutions from approval through to general availability.

Qualifications :

  • BA/BS degree in business or technology field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years industry experience in technology, software and application development with a focus on enterprise software applications and Product Management.
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS product management with at least 2 years working on solutions with Gen AI capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks and Applications.
