Position Operation cum Sales Manager Location Karnataka Statewide Experience Required 2-5 Years Languages Required Kannada English Fluent spoken written Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly presentable Operation cum Sales Manager to lead and manage operations and sales across the Karnataka region The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development government liaison and ensuring smooth operational execution This role requires a confident professional who can interact effectively with government officers politicians and key stakeholders while managing sales performance and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Manage statewide operations and sales activities across Karnataka Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials politicians and local authorities to support business initiatives Drive business growth through new client acquisition sales strategies and revenue generation Ensure smooth execution of projects service delivery and after-sales support Handle end-to-end operations including vendor coordination compliance and team management Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities Represent the company in government meetings industry events and official forums Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance targets and operational progress Maintain high standards of professionalism discipline and ethical conduct in all interactions Requirements Qualifications Graduate MBA in Sales Marketing Business Administration B Tech Or related field 2-5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management preferably in government projects or the corporate sector Strong presentation communication and negotiation skills Must be fluent in Kannada and English both speaking writing Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships particularly with government bodies Proven leadership and team-handling skills Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka Desired Skills Knowledge of government tendering processes and liaison activities Strong networking and people management skills Proactive result-oriented and target-driven mindset Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Compensation Competitive based on experience and performance Employment Type Full-time Karnataka region-based Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience Sales And Operation 2 years Required Language Kannada Required English Required Location Hubli City Karnataka Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
