Trusted by Indias top organizations in the Education and Skilling sectors, we are at the crossroads of policy, advocacy, and strategic communication. We are currently seeking a Senior Executive to join our Public Policy team and take on a leadership role in driving impactful initiatives that foster long-term change.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive in the Public Policy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that help our clients navigate Indias complex policy landscape. With a focus on high-level advocacy and stakeholder engagement, you will provide expert guidance to clients, supporting their policy-related initiatives and influencing government policies to align with national goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic counsel for clients, guiding them through Indias ever-evolving policy landscape.
- Position clients as key partners for the Governments flagship initiatives, engaging with officials at the local, state, and national levels.
- Analyze the impact of new and proposed policies and regulations, recommending strategies to optimize client positions and outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive research on governmental policies, regulations, and emerging trends to offer proactive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with government agencies, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
- Use market research, surveys, and public opinion data to monitor policy developments and identify opportunities.
- Prepare detailed policy briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to clients and senior leadership.
- Lead and manage client-facing projects, ensuring effective policy advocacy and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Support advocacy initiatives by monitoring domestic and international policy trends and advising on strategic engagement.

Requirements:

- A Bachelors/Masters degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in public policy, with direct involvement in client-facing roles or government engagement.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively articulate complex policy insights and strategies.
- Deep understanding of the Indian policy formulation process and its implementation mechanisms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex policy documents, uncovering strategic opportunities for clients.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Prior experience in government relations, public affairs, or client servicing roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education and Skilling sector is a distinct advantage.
