We are seeking experienced procurement professionals to manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for non-IT categories in large-scale datacenter projects. You will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and vendor compliance while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive procurement for non-IT categories: civil works, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical equipment, building materials, facility services, etc.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong vendor base.
- Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders/contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure value for money.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams for requirement finalization.
- Track vendor performance, maintain records, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support procurement reporting and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
- 8–20 years of procurement experience in datacenters, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of taxation, import procedures, and contract management is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
