The role involves monitoring and managing the entire food processing workflow, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. - Responsibilities also include overseeing food service operations, managing customer satisfaction, supervising seafood processing procedures, and implementing quality control measures. - The manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a team to deliver optimal production results. - To establish an inspection and arbitration system about quality standards . - S/he will be responsible for implementing the intervention of the Mushroom and beekeeping activities in every district as prescribed by the PMU/DIU - To formulate s procedure of sorting and grading in accordance with the quality standards applicable at the farm level ( mainly by visual confirmation). - Qualifications - B.Tech ( Food Science ) or Master in Food Science from a recognized Institute or equivalent. - Experience : - 07 year experience from the field of food industry.
