Job Description Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location:-Hyderabad Skills:-5-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a fast-paced, bold, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who has a passion for creativity and innovation. If you've worked with B2B brands and are ready to move beyond conventional design, we want you to help us bring our vision to life. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and creative problem-solving. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, and After Effects) is required. Candidates with animation/motion graphic skills will be a plus. - Illustration skills are a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of pitch decks and investor presentations, ensuring a high-impact visual narrative that effectively communicates business vision and brand value. (Primary Responsibility) - Develop compelling visual concepts that align with the brand's identity, tone, and strategic objectives. - Create and manage a wide range of marketing materials, taking ownership of all creative assets including digital campaigns, social media graphics, and print collateral. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Leadership) to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that drive measurable impact. - Maintain a balance between meticulous attention to detail and the broader strategic vision for brand consistency. - Stay updated with emerging design trends, modern tools, and creative best practices to continuously push boundaries. - Illustrate or visualize concepts when required to enhance storytelling and presentation quality. - Display flexibility and ownership to adapt and stretch when business priorities demand creative acceleration. - Bring an agency mindset combining speed, precision, and creativity in a fast-paced environment
