- Daily safety talk and L1 meeting.
- Timely inspection of FG goods of dispatch as per packing list
- To Clear OBD of FG lots from SAP after physical dispatch inspection
- Communicate any deviation found to production / reporting manager
- Support to 3rd party inspection wherever required.
- Capturing photographs through-out, the loading activity
- Arrangement of sample as per sample sales order requirement
- Preparation of daily dispatch report.
- Preparation and issue of COA of all dispatches.
- Upload COA of domestic dispatches.
- Maintaining 5S, upload Kaizen as per Unit target and update on monthly basis.
- Timely inspection of FG lots offered by plant.
- To Clear FG lots from SAP after physical inspection
- Communicate any deviation found to production / reporting manager
- Clear domestic printing details on shipper label and product label.
- Online packing line inspection and submit report
- Address the failures and ensure the sustenance of CAPA action points
- Doing Remote Inspection for 3rd party.
- Providing COA to CSR when required for domestic Products.
