Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Anaplan Scrum Master
In this role, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anaplan Scrum Master to join our Agile development team. As a Anaplan Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and guiding the team to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities
.Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
.Team Empowerment: Encourage self-organization and motivate the team to continuously improve their processes and performance.
.Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team%27s progress and escalate issues when necessary.
.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners, stakeholders, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
.Agile Principles: Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles, values, and practices.
.Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
.Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other relevant Agile metrics.
.Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and risk management.
.Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
.Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor%27s or Master%27s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Proven work experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is desirable.
.Excellent knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP).
.Strong understanding of Anaplan and at least 2 project experiences in Anaplan
.Strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide the team and resolve conflicts effectively.
.Experience in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) for planning and tracking.
.Ability to adapt Agile practices to the team%27s needs and project requirements.
.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
.Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges and foster a positive team environment.
.Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to understand technical aspects of the projects.
.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Agile industry trends and best practices.
