About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Trainer who will design and deliver effective training programs, coach retail teams on consultative selling, and boost customer experience on the floor. This role is ideal for someone energetic and people-focused who loves mentoring teams, driving sales performance, and building a strong sales culture across our experience centers.

What You Will Do

Design Training Programs

- Create and continuously refine training modules focused on:
- Consultative selling of high-ticket items
- Customer experience and relationship building
- Product knowledge (tiles, laminates, etc.)
- CRM usage and lead follow-up etiquette
- Design onboarding tracks for EC Associates, Sales Executives, and Store Managers
- Customise learning plans for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and GTM strategies

Facilitate Trainings

- Conduct engaging in-person and on-the-floor training sessions for retail teams across ECs
- Drive "role-play", mock-selling, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) sessions
- Lead induction sessions for new store hires and up-skilling programs for existing staff
- Coordinate with EC Managers to schedule periodic refresher workshops Track Performance & Drive Results
- Evaluate the impact of training on footfall conversion, lead closure rates, and customer NPS
- Identify training needs based on sales data and feedback from EC managers
- Work with the Founders and Sales Ops to improve sales efficiency through training interventions

Support Leadership & Scale

- Act as a partner to Store Managers — helping them manage and mentor their teams
- Provide feedback to founders on field-level issues, market insights, and team challenges
- Support hiring assessments to evaluate soft skills and sales aptitude of new candidates

You're a Good Fit If You...

- Have minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales training (preferably in home interiors, construction, tiles, or luxury retail)
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-intensity environments with 6-day work weeks
- Understand the importance of in-store behaviour, consultative selling, and creating a "wow" moment for walk-in customers
- Are excellent with communication, facilitation, and team motivation.
