Responsibilities - Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of processes. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation of process workflows. - Assist in training and mentoring junior associates on process management best practices. - Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to streamline operations. Skills and Qualifications - 1-6 years of experience in process management or related field. - Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma). - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
