We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Jaipur | Full-time | In-house

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to manage all client and customer communications via calls, Instagram, website chat, and WhatsApp. The role involves addressing queries, providing solutions, following up with the logistics and dispatch teams, and ensuring smooth order processing from placement to delivery. The ideal candidate will deliver a seamless, professional, and satisfying customer experience.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from clients and customers

• Respond promptly and professionally via Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, and email

• Follow up with the logistics team and dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries

• Track customer orders and update customers on their order status

• Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions

• Coordinate internally to address and resolve escalated issues

• Build rapport with customers to promote loyalty and positive brand perception

2. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role

• Strong command of English and fluency in Hindi (compulsory)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

• Knowledge of customer communication platforms such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram messaging, and website chat tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under deadlines

• Full-time availability to work on-site in Jaipur
