Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development. Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. - Manage client accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
