Job Summary/Objective:

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our product vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build and enhance our offerings. Your focus will be on identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and driving data-backed decisions to improve user experience, engagement, and overall business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a clear product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.
- Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyze user behavior, and optimize features using insights from analytics tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gather feedback from customers, conduct A/B testing, and iterate product features to enhance user experience.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support product launches by working with sales and marketing teams to create messaging, pitch decks, and case studies.
- Tech & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a preference for experience in SaaS products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, customer journeys, and user research.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
