Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Telecaller (Education Field) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, counsel students/parents about courses, and support the marketing and admissions process. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses, programs, and admissions. Handle inbound queries from students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals. Work closely with the marketing and counselling team to meet enrollment targets. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media promotions. Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with clients. Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales preferred. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools. Strong persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
