We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our finance team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our financial products and services, explain offers, and help clients make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers to inform them about financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment plans. Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM systems. Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly and professionally. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English / Hindi / Local language]. Persuasive and confident phone manner. Basic knowledge of financial products (training will be provided). Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Good computer and data entry skills. Qualifications: Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any field. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).
