Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team for the day shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve operational goals and targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of Sales employees to ensure that operational goals and targets are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as required
- Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identify and address issues or concerns that may impact team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that all team members are informed and updated on relevant information
- Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
