Job Summary: We are looking for young, energetic, and dedicated Male & Female Computer Operators for our reputed two-wheeler dealership located at Raja Garden and Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The ideal candidates should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass, possess good typing speed with accuracy, and preferably reside near our dealership, such as in Ramesh Nagar, Raja Garden, or Tilak Nagar. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day data entry, billing, record maintenance, and coordination with the internal departments. The position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of dealership operations or a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Record Keeping Accurately enter customer and vehicle data into the company’s software/system. Maintain records of vehicle sales, services, inventory, and spare parts. Update entries related to finance, insurance, and RTO documents. 2. Billing and Documentation Generate bills, invoices, and receipts for vehicle sales and services. Print, check, and file documents required for customer transactions. Assist in the preparation and processing of registration paperwork (RTO formalities). 3. System Management Operate dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office tools efficiently. Ensure all digital records are regularly backed up and safely stored. Maintain accuracy in system reports and stock records. 4. Front Office Support (as required) Assist in handling walk-in customers by providing them basic information or directing them to the concerned staff. Answer incoming phone calls and maintain logs if necessary. Help maintain an organized and customer-friendly environment. 5. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts team for updates and data sharing. Provide support during vehicle deliveries, insurance renewals, and other dealership events. Share daily reports with the management as per requirements.Key Skills Required: Typing & Computer Skills: Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 words per minute) with high accuracy. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing. Knowledge of dealership software or ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory. Behavioral & Soft Skills: Punctual and disciplined with a professional work ethic. Honest, reliable, and quick learner. Team player with the ability to communicate clearly.
