SharePoint MS Teams to join our team in Bangalore Karn taka IN-KA India IN Messaging Services professional who manages and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment that includes various applications and services such as Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Exchange Responsible for managing user accounts recipients groups service monitoring and reporting Troubleshoot issues provide technical support and perform day to day support and administration tasks - Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications such as Exchange online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business and Teams Microsoft administration tools such as Microsoft 365 admin center Security and Compliance center Exchange Online admin center and PowerShell Create and manage groups distribution lists shared mailboxes and resources using Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role Good analytical and problem-solving skills -
