About the Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Kolkata The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting taxation audits and financial management with the ability to ensure compliance and provide valuable financial insights to support business growth Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting functions including finalization of accounts reconciliations and financial reporting Handle statutory compliance including Income Tax GST TDS ROC filings and other regulatory requirements Conduct internal audits statutory audits and tax audits ensuring adherence to applicable laws Prepare and review financial statements MIS reports budgets and forecasts for management decision-making Liaise with auditors banks consultants and regulatory authorities Monitor cash flows working capital and financial controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy Provide advisory on tax planning corporate finance and cost optimization Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant CA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards Ind-AS Income Tax GST and Companies Act provisions Hands-on experience with accounting ERP software e g Tally SAP Oracle or equivalent Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Compensation Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience
