Swad Samriddhi is a growing Indian spice brand focused on delivering authentic, pure, and natural masalas without additives or preservatives. We are expanding our reach across India and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build their careers in sales and marketing while contributing to the growth of a fast-rising FMCG brand.

Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales & Marketing Intern. The role is commission-based for the first 3 months, after which a salary plus incentives will be offered based on performance. The intern will gain practical exposure to FMCG sales, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and distributor relations. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day sales activities, generating and converting leads, supporting online and offline marketing campaigns, and contributing to overall brand growth.

Qualifications
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in sales, marketing, and FMCG industry
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) preferred
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus (not mandatory)
Prior experience in sales or food/FMCG industry will be an advantage

Compensation
First 3 months: Commission-based internship
After 3 months: Salary + performance-based incentives
