Let us build this, together Responsibilities: Client & Agency Service: Month end, quarter end and year end - Prepare monthly/quarterly/ year end P & L - Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/year end journal entries and support required for proper revenue and expense recognition - Perform monthly/quarterly/year end expense analysis and variance explanations - Prepare monthly account reconciliations and submit to Shared Service Center - Approve/ advise monthly revenue sharing entries with Shared Service Center - Approve/advise Shared Service Center of monthly intercompany payments and receivables - Approve/advise Shared Service Center of biweekly urgent vendor invoice payments and past due vendor invoices - Schedule and communicate WIP cutoff dates, module close dates - Assist in quarterly desktop review compilation, and quarterly submissions Accounts Payable - - Review, audit, and code agency vendor invoices and non-billable expense reports - Field vendor emails, and process new vendor forms - Ensure vendor statements are reviewed and payments are current - Prepare travel advance account reconciliation and resolve outstanding items - Prepare annual sales and use tax calculation and submit Other duties - Provide audit support and documentation as required - Update various schedules as needed by the CFO and/or Finance Director - Prepare and submit petty cash reimbursement expenses - Submit positive pay request for petty cash checks Qualifications: You will be working closely with: - Senior Finance leaders from Omnicom Agencies, Accounting Teams, Controllers and Annalect Internal Leadership This may be the right role for you if you have. - Accounts Payable with 3 to 5 years’ experience (Min Degree required) - Prior Experience in Accounts Receivable is Preferred - Proficient in MS Office – MS Excel is a must - Extremely detail orientated - Good Verbal and Written communication skills - Great positive team attitude - Ready to take up additional tasks and challenges - Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamis AX is a plus. - Self-Driven and Independent to perform the daily operations and handle & resolve Issues
