And if that's you we would love to have you join us Job Description IAM Engineering Technical Leader IAM Engineering Technical Leader is responsible for leading a team to deliver complex solutions within IAM Domain. You will be managing Rockwell's Internal Enterprise and External Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. Ensuring security and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments. This senior role requires technical depth in IAM technologies, API Security, strategic leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to assist in designing & managing complex IAM & API Security systems with business needs and evolving regulatory requirements. Key duties include driving the adoption, best practices for robust security and user experience. You will be reporting to DIRECTOR, IDENTITY AND ACCESS Management. We are open to hire - Pune, Bangalore, Noida location. Your Responsibilities: - Requires minimum 15+ years of technical management experience. - You will be reporting to the IAM Director and help in managing and assist in building a large team of experienced and experienced IAM and API security team. - Experience in leading teams and managing citical projects - Assisting in strategic planning, developing roadmaps and execution of the IAM and API security programs. - Provide leadership and technical direction for designing & executing IAM & API Security solutions and solution expert with business and technical groups to drive adoption. - Partner with cross-functional teams, including Security Architecture and Engineering, other cyber security, development teams, business and corporate divisions to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals. - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements - Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies - Analytical interperosnal skills and communication - Curios to new technologies and changing business requirements - Thought leadership, eye for details and growth visionary - Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies - Curious and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas - Strong teamwork, customer service, organizational skills.
