We are Progress Nasdaq PRGS - a trusted provider of software that enables our customers to develop deploy and manage responsible AI powered applications and experiences with agility and ease We re proud to have a diverse global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress Join us as an Intern and help us do what we do best propelling business forward Learn more about We re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to support our organic social media presence across LinkedIn X Twitter Meta YouTube The ideal candidate has a passion for digital storytelling a flair for design using AI tools and an eagerness to learn how social media drives brand engagement and awareness This role blends creativity strategy and technology ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI-driven design curating content and writing impactful posts Key Responsibilities Assist in planning creating and scheduling organic posts across LinkedIn X and Meta Maintain and update the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting Collaborate with other social media experts to ensure content aligns with brand messaging positioning and overall business goals Create and enhance social media posts banners GIFs and short videos using AI-powered design tools Enhance AI-generated content with strong writing editing and storytelling skills to ensure brand consistency and quality Support in copywriting for posts that drive engagement awareness and community growth Track and analyze engagement metrics reach clicks followers interactions and prepare weekly performance reports Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to identify trends and content opportunities Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to improve content curation and creative efficiency Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering and or currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing Communications or related field Strong understanding of LinkedIn X and Meta platforms and organic engagement strategies Interest or hands-on experience in AI-based content creation and design tools e g Canva Adobe Express ChatGPT Excellent communication writing and visual storytelling skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data-driven content insights Basic familiarity with social media analytics or scheduling tools e g Sprout Social Hootsuite is an advantage What You ll Gain Real-world experience managing corporate social media channels Exposure to AI-driven design and analytics workflows Deeper understanding of organic social strategy and brand communication Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Opportunity to build a strong creative and analytical portfolio in digital marketing
