Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales. Daily tasks may include identifying and onboarding key affiliate partners, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness. The role also involves building relationships with affiliates, monitoring program budgets, and staying up to date with industry trends. Key Responsibilities - Build strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and retention. - 1-2 years of experience in similar field. - Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliates across relevant channels. - Conduct regular communication with partners to share updates, creative assets, and promotional strategies. - Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously. - Plan, implement, and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition and revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & MIS) to align on goals and ensure seamless execution. - Coordinate with reporting and finance teams to validate and process affiliate payouts. - Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, conversions, disbursals, etc.).
