Urgent Search Sales Consultant

What Youll Do
Prospect and identify high-potential leads through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Research target accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized messaging that resonates with their pain points.
Execute strategic outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to drive awareness and generate qualified demand.
Create a consistent and healthy top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads.
Initiate conversations with C-level and senior leadership in target organizations to uncover needs and generate meetings.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions for Asper.ai&aposs offerings.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and conversion metrics.
What Were Looking For
2 to 3+ years of outbound SaaS sales (B2B) experience, with a strong focus on international markets (UK, EU, US).
Sales Software proficiency Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo.io, etc.
Hunter mindset - self-motivated, persistent, and always looking to build.
Domain knowledge of Data & Analytics solutions, ISVs, or cloud technologies is desirable.
Previous experience in IT services, analytics, or BI solution sales targeting CPG industry is a value add.
Excellent communication skillsstreet-smart, articulate, and creative in your outreach approach.
Proven ability to identify and connect with senior decision-makers and turn cold leads into warm conversations.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot strategies when needed.
