Job Description

Role: Biz Ops Imports

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Biz Ops Imports professional who will be responsible for managing international operations, financials, and vendor/customer relationships while ensuring smooth business execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Key Accounts Management & Business Development, and the ability to independently handle international travel and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international operations including P&L ownership and inventory management.

Work extensively on Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and business tracking.

Handle customer accounts, sales, and payables with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Drive Key Accounts Management and Business Development initiatives to grow imports business.

Travel independently for international operations and partner interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.

25 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Imports, Key Accounts

Management, or Business Development.

Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally as per business requirements.
