Job Title Interior designer 3D Visualizer Location Kollam Kerala Company Deerhomes Realtors Pvt Ltd Architectural Design Build Firm Deerhomes Realtors Pvt Ltd a renowned architectural design and build firm based in Kollam is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team The ideal candidate will be proficient in using SketchUp Lumion and Enscape to create stunning and photorealistic 3D visualizations of our architectural designs This role involves transforming architectural concepts into compelling 3D visuals that will help our clients better understand and experience our designs Key Responsibilities Develop Exterior viewsof buildings and interior design concepts based on client briefs and project requirements Create detailed 3D models and realistic visualizations for interior projects Produce and manage SketchUp models layouts and walkthroughs Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of residential commercial and mixed-use projects using SketchUp Lumion and Enscape Utilize AI-based tools for design ideation space planning visualization enhancement and productivity improvement Coordinate with design execution and site teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Prepare presentation materials for client reviews and approvals Revise designs based on feedback and project changes - Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop visual representations that align with the project s vision and client expectations - Produce realistic and visually striking renderings including exterior and interior perspectives lighting material applications and environmental contexts - Generate interactive walkthroughs and presentations to showcase projects using Enscape - Ensure visualizations meet project deadlines and quality standards while effectively communicating design intent to clients - Work closely with the design and project teams to gather all necessary project information and adapt to design changes as needed - Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization tools and techniques Required Qualifications Experience 2-3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization - Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role in an architectural or design firm Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture minimum qualification Proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modeling software such as Lumion and Enscape Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to design rendering visualization or workflow automation Strong understanding of interior design principles materials finishes and lighting Strong portfolio demonstrating previous 3D visualization work including photorealistic renderings and animations Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and a keen eye for detail Ability to work collaboratively with architects and design teams Strong time-management skills and ability to meet project deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with other design tools such as AutoCAD Revit or 3ds Max is a plus Experience in producing interactive or virtual reality-based presentations for architectural designs Candidate must be based in Kollam Mandatory Submission Updated portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization projects Latest salary slip to be submitted during the selection process Preferred Skills Strong creative and visualization skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently Good communication and presentation abilities Attention to detail and adaptability to new technologies Why Join Deerhomes Realtors Pvt Ltd At Deerhomes Realtors we offer a creative growth-oriented work environment where innovation is encouraged You ll have the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects collaborating with talented professionals in the industry Your contribution as a 3D Visualizer will help bring architectural concepts to life in dynamic and visually engaging ways Salary Competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed by submitting their CV portfolio and latest salary slip Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
