Job Opening: ServiceNow + Python + SQL Specialist

We’re looking for a

Data Specialist with strong Salesforce, ServiceNow, SQL, and Python expertise

to help us design, manage, and optimize business-critical data across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about data structures, love troubleshooting technical quirks, and enjoy building realistic datasets that mimic the real world — we want you on our team

Responsibilities
Define

data scope, structure, and taxonomy

across core entities: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and their relationships.
Ensure

logical and business consistency

of data with realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, and cross-department scenarios (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
Advise on

platform-specific nuances

(historical data, table relationships, edge cases) that impact model learning and agent workflows.
Prepare, transform, and upload

synthetic datasets

to the platform, ensuring accurate entities, attachments, and metadata mapping.
Troubleshoot issues in data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, version conflicts, API quirks, etc.).
(Optional)

Automate data generation and validation

via scripts, Python, or ETL pipelines.

Requirements
Core Skills : Salesforce knowledge + Data Engineering/Analysis
✅

Experience

as Salesforce Data Specialist or SFDC Administrator.
✅

MUST HAVE : Strong understanding of Salesforce objects & APIs (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities, etc.).
✅

MUST HAVE : Salesforce certification (recommended: Salesforce Administrator).
✅

MUST HAVE : Technical expertise in

SQL, Python, ETL, data transformation, and platform data loading .
⭐

Nice to Have : Experience generating

synthetic/mock business data

(emails, personas, company details, scenarios).
