Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaign across Channel Business.

- Drive unified brand identity across all customer-facing events and activities
-
- Roll out multi-channel digital campaigns across focus segments . Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for optimization
-
- Drive market research to communicate and support to sale team about
- High-potential segments
- Untapped geographies
- Underserved customer need
-
- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Integrate insights from VOCs and regional performance into communication
-
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for all marketing activities

Job Specifications:

-
- Essential Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience of Engineering Goods/Services Marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in on- ground and digital marketing

Critical Competencies of Job:

- Hands on experience in running digital campaigns with performance optimization in B2B
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and AI is an advantage
