About the role:
- Domain: Network (Client Acquisition & Sales Team, Market Research)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations (Brands and consulting firms), including relevant CXOs. Reaching out to relevant clients connects to showcase the research products and services of 1Lattice.
- Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients
- Plan proposals, approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region
- Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities
- Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirements
- Having and understanding of how the budget are planned for the execution of projects and own P&L
Who is a successful applicant
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close a contract independently
- Operational understanding of how research is conducted across different industry segments and methodologies
- Understand the different parameters of quality assurance
- Existing relationship in mid to large corporates across any/multiple sectors
- Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
