About the Role: We are looking for an experiencedProduct Ownerwith a solid understanding ofproduct development(preferably in theaviation industry). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes. - Mode: In-office preferred (Noida), Remote can be considered - Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST Key Responsibilities 1. Define and Manage the Product Backlog - Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog). - Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs. - Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on. 2. Communicate the Product Vision - Clearly explain the product's purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders. - Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters. 3. Manage Stakeholders - Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team. - Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders. 4. Ensure Value Delivery - Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users. - Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of overall experience, with at least2 years in product development or product ownership. - Experience working withAgile / Scrumteams. - Strong understanding ofproduct lifecycle, from idea to delivery. - Preferably experience in theaviation industryor related domain. - Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability toanalyze data, set priorities, and make decisions that align with business objectives. - Comfortable working withinternational teams, especially in the UK time zone.
