Freshers may also apply Job Summary We are looking for a friendly professional and organized Front Office Assistant to be the face of our organization You will be responsible for managing the front desk greeting visitors handling phone calls and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer screen and forward incoming calls Maintain the reception area to be tidy and presentable Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Receive sort and distribute mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests sign in out Assist in administrative tasks like data entry filing photocopying etc Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary Qualifications Skills High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications in Office Management or Administration are a plus Front office representative or similar role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and appearance Customer service attitude and ability to handle pressure calmly Job Type Full-time Pay 9 481 84 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
