The Successful Applicant A successful HRBP should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in HR business partnering within the Technology & Telecoms industry. - Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and industry best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
